I'm a wife, special needs mom, minister, and the heart behind The Abiding Family. I live in Texas with my husband Andrew and our two precious boys. Our first son was born in 2022 and diagnosed with Trisomy 21 (Down syndrome) at brith. He made me a mom and completely changed my world in the best way. Our second son has added even more joy (and a little more chaos) to our home!

I’ve worn many hats over the years—from children’s pastor to customer service agent—but the thread that ties them all together is my passion for helping families thrive in Christ’s love and truth. I want to empower parents to lead their children in faith—not perfectly, but faithfully.

I hold a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University (Whoop!) and an M.A. in Christian Ministry from Truett Theological Seminary at Baylor University. I'm also someone who knows what it's like to wrestle with depression and anxiety while holding fast to hope in Jesus.

The Abiding Family was born out of John 15, where Jesus calls us to abide in Him. I believe when we abide—really stay connected to Christ—we bear fruit, even in the messy middle of everyday life.
